DY 1001- Pocket Creasing Machine:
Model 1001 feature’s a new way to crease pockets through a patented design which uses high pressure and temperature without damaging the pattern / pockets. Pressure and temperature can be adjusted easily based on the material being creased (cotton, silk, wool, synthetic, leather, jersey, denim etc.). Electro pneumatically operated, timers & thermostats keep pressing temperatures and time consistent.
The unit is equipped with twin creasing stations for maximum productivity. Suitable for all shapes & sizes. The machine is equipped with a device which allows the inner edge to be folded inwards, eliminating any fabric overlap. The hourly production rate is approximately 400-450 pieces hourly. Thus unit is also equipped with a new control PLC system.
